So, on XBox live, if you sign up and make your birth date younger than 17, can you still download rated M games such as Halo and COD? Please give me full details. Also, when you sign up, you have to pick Recreational, Pro, Underground, and Family. If I pick Pro, and my friend picks Recreational, will we still be able to talk and play games with each other. Does it really matter what we pick. Please give a full detailed answers. Also, can you buy rated M games at gamestop if you are under 17 with a parent with you? And, do used games work? Does the xbox 360 250gb Elite get the red dot of death often? And, should I buy kinect? Is 4gb enough to save games? Which one is better game wise, ps3 or xbox 360? Any tips how to convince your parents to buy you a rated M game if you are a minor? How much will it cost overall to buy an xbox 360k, xbox live, all the stuff. I only need one controller. I was wondering about the wifi my wifi is like heavily locked up (by my dad) so that people who don’t have the password can’t get on but i have the password and i was wondering if it could connect to that unlike the ds lite. I’m going to get one for christmas but i heard that the 4gb was only around till kinect comes out and then its a stupid bundle is this true? Last question does xbox 360 external hard drives work with the slim?

I have a few questions about Xbox 360 250GB (My first question, is Xbox 360 250 GB the same as Xbox 360 Slim?). I am completely new to Xbox, almost. I’ve played it before but never really knew anything about it. I saved up for an iPad [I haven't bought it yet.] (Second question, should I buy an Xbox 360 250 GB [and pre-order kinect] or iPad [16 GB WiFi]?).
I need someone to explain Xbox 360 and what it can do. What games can you download from Xbox Live? Can it play Music? DVDs? Music CDs? If you can play music without CDs, how do you get music on the xbox? Do you use a CD to put music on Xbox 360? Can you save Game CDs and or DVDs on Xbox 360 and play them wihout the CD? What is the difference between Silver and Gold membership?

I was playing Xbox 360 with my cousin and he bumped his Xbox and it made a scratch around the disc, a perfect circle. Is that normal?

I have been reading some game magazines and gamer webstites and there has been alot of talk about microsoft losing money in many ways for a while now. their whole strategy since xbox launch is to spend millions and millions of cash to make games a xbox exclusive and then a year later it comes out on ps3 anyway. They spend thousands of cash just to delay the release of call of duty on ps3 for a month yeah thats right….smart move there huh? microsoft are losing money from their other products to just look at the webpage of yahoo answers youll see on the right corner a picture of bill gates with a headline that says something like (bill gates losing shit loads of money, microsoft is in the shit). All microsoft does is ride on the wave of money it has gained over the years, buying exclusive rights to this, delaying that for other consoles, they are going to have to come up with a new plan soon cause that cash is going fast.
I think kinect is going to be xbox biggest downfall ever. it is over double the price of ps3s move and all it is is a camera but move is less than half the price and you get a camera/mic and two handheld motion controllers and its being bundled with the new 360gb ps3s. the kinect actually looks worse than the wii because you dont even have a controller plus the games you play on kinect are so bad it wont even appeal to kids. i think i have made my point now i would like somebody to comfirm this theory
PlayStation 3 Slim 320GB Move Bundle, or Xbox 360 S 250GB?

If i buy the PlayStation 3 i want to have PlayStation Move, so i am going to have to get the 320GB Move Bundle which is $399.99. But, on the Xbox 360 there is not a 250GB Bundle which is going to come with Kinect. There is only a 4GB Bundle and i use way more than 4GB because i am going to use 100GB. So, i am going to have to buy the Xbox 360 S 250GB and Kinect separately. Anyway, i really like to play online which is why i like Xbox 360 more, but i have bad wireless connection in my basement, so either way i am not going to get the best online play. Also, which has better games? More games? And which system is going to last the most until the next generation of consoles? Because lets say if Xbox makes the “Xbox 720″ before Sony makes the PlayStation 4 then i will buy the PlayStation 3 because it will stay more new than the Xbox 360. And if Sony makes there new PlayStation 4 before the “Xbox 720″ Then i will buy the Xbox 360 S in that case. But, knowbody knows. Which system is better PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360 S in all catagories?
P.S: Please explain your answer to get full 10 points, so please do not just say “i think you should get the PlayStation 3″ or “i think you should get the Xbox 360 S” So, please explain your answer and tell me why i should get one of these syetms and tell me why you think the other system is worse.
