So, on XBox live, if you sign up and make your birth date younger than 17, can you still download rated M games such as Halo and COD? Please give me full details. Also, when you sign up, you have to pick Recreational, Pro, Underground, and Family. If I pick Pro, and
What is the song playing on the Halo: Reach commercial for Xbox 360?
about 1 hour ago - 3 comments
It is sung by a woman, or what sounds like a woman. She is not singing lyrics, but just singing. It is very pretty, slow, and sad.
It is not Lone Wolf. It was on the commercial that aired during Bad Universe.

If i buy the PlayStation 3 i want to have PlayStation Move, so i am going to have to get the 320GB Move Bundle which is $399.99. But, on the Xbox 360 there is not a 250GB Bundle which is going to come with Kinect. There is only a 4GB Bundle and i use way

Trust me, with Kinect, Ps3 Move, and the 3DS coming in soon, there won’t be any new game consoled coming out until at the least 3 years from now. I would definately buy the new Xbox 360 Slim for $299 at Gamestop.com It comes with built in Wi-Fi connection which you need for Xbox Live and that will save you $100 (the wireless adapter used to be sold separately) Also buy either a 3 month or 12 month xbox llive subscription.
Recommended games: Left 4 Dead 2, Call of duty Modern Warfare 2, Gears of War 2, Halo 3, Fallout 3, Alan Wake, Battlefield Bad Company 2, Split/Second. I could go on and on. And be sure to get Halo Reach and Call of Duty Blsck Ops which both come out later this year! Have fun!

Regarding the timing:
The PS3 slim was not too long-ago released, and the new XBox 360 slim has just been released.
Game developers are only just beginning to tap in to the full potential of both consoles, especially the PS3 that still has so much more to give.
With recent updates and so much untapped potential, I think that both consoles have at least another 2 years left in them.
Newer consoles would have to incorporate enough revolutionary concepts to make them worthwhile.
PSOne was released in 1994, PS2 in 1999 and PS3 in 2006.
7 years between the PS2 and PS3 and it’s only just been 4 years since the PS3 was released.
That being said, anything can happen in life.
Regarding which console is best:
-My reply from another question-
I own both a PS3 and XBox 360.
The PS3 is a great console – fantastic even.
Highly aesthetic, highly user-friendly and super-fast compared to the 360 – this includes things like trying to send messages to people in-game and other home-related tasks that blow the 360 dashboard out of the water.
Text group convos are a blast, with constant updates appearing on your screen during a game that can keep you entertained for hours, the Home menu is beautiful and highly customizable, stores music, videos, etc. in a super-simple and user-friendly manner.
Huge choice of games, brilliant exclusives [Uncharted 2 anyone? Best snow ever created?] and developers are making use of the huge Blu-Ray space allowed for game-developing.
A simple example of this is FF13 [Final Fantasy] where all cutscenes are in 1080p on the PS3 yet 720p on the Xbox 360 due to the 8GB disc restraint.
I’m about to sell my 360.
The PS3 is still said to be one of the best bluray players on the planet, and with something for everything – games for all ages, MOVE coming out for wii-like gameplay with games that are actually good, a complete home entertainment unit with a solid bluray player – it’s almost a steal at $450.
Highly recommended.
If you’re getting a console, you’d be doing yourself an injustice not to get a PS3, and with free PSN [online gaming, etc.] everyone in the family can play any game online, and even friends can come make their own free profiles.
Don’t even get me started on the far more mature community due to a higher average age.
Choice is yours, I’ve already made mine and I’d recommend swinging the same way.

Ps3 Pros:
Free Online Community and Game Play
1) Quiet
2) Motion sensitive controllers
3) You can use any Bluetooth headset, keyboard, mouse, etc….
4) Blu-ray
5) Lack of flashing lights on front of machine!
6) Built in wi-fi card
7) HDMI included
9) Tech support speaks english and appears to be located in America, they understood my name and my question.
10) Controllers come with built in rechargable battery and can be charged with any usb port.
11) easy to navigate menus
12) No ridiculous power brick, one cord, if you want to take your ps3 with you somewhere you only need the controller, the unit and the power cord.
Ps3 Cons:
1) No IR receiver, you can’t use your regular universal remote to control the ps3 you need a bluetooth which means an extra remote.
2) Shape, this one sounds stupid, but the rounded shape of the ps3 really annoys me because you can’t stack, say your wii, or even lay your remotes on top of the unit. (maybe you shouldn’t do that anyhow LOL)
3) Less games, or at this point I guess the better point would be less games made for the ps3, instead of built for the xbox and ported to the ps3, this is however changing and in the future will be less of an issue.
Xbox 360 Pros:
1) Great online setup, lots of features which some may miss on the ps3, many probably will not
2) great game line up with a head start on ps3
3) Easy to navigate menus
4) Native Netflix Support
Xbox 360 Cons:
1) Noise
2) Build Quality
3) Online service is $50 per year.
4) Tech support, I have called xbox live support several times, it is impossible to get them to understand what the issue is or even my name, I even gave up once.
you can buy easily this online:

Xbox 360 S Pros
- Nearly silent when compared with the original 360.

- Built in wireless N and its fast.
- Integrated optical audio.
- 5 usb ports.
- Internal, but easily accessible 250gb HDD on the bottom of the console.
- Uses half the power of the original.
- Works with most of the old accessories, including the transfer cable.
Xbox 360 S cons
